Develop a holistic omni-channel contact strategy that optimizes the path to purchase journey and deepens relationships with customers, both new and existing. Plan and implement multi-channel (email & SMS) nurture campaigns that engage and drive customers down each stage of the funnel. Innovate and implement strategies to discover and develop new target segments for email marketing initiatives, utilizing data analytics and market research to enhance audience targeting and campaign effectiveness. Continuously iterate and test new lead capture campaigns and landing page concepts. Methodically test and identify best performing content, timing, messages, etc. for each audience and lead segment. Optimize targeting across channels to drive qualified purchasers with high LTV. Maintain KPI dashboards showing full funnel impact (# leads in each stage, lead capture rate, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, conversion rates between each step of the funnel, etc.). Maintain and create operational performance reports by funnel stage and conversion touch points across website/landing page visits, email open/clicks, calls/chats, store visits, etc. Collaborate with other channels, particularly paid media and organic social, on integrated. Marketing plans and campaigns to drive growth and increase sales Requirements: 4+ years of experience leading lifecycle, CRM and/or Engagement/Loyalty Marketing programs. 4+ years of experience in marketing across email, social, notifications and other digital avenues, preferably in DTC or lead gen. Experience in effectively managing and strategizing for multiple brands concurrently. Proficiency with Klaviyo Email & SMS, Shopify and Google Analytics platforms required. Expertise in all aspects of email and SMS marketing including design, creative best practices, list management, deliverability, etc. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must have thorough familiarity with current Email/SMS best practices and platform-specific legal obligations. Experience in building programs from the bottom up quickly and with little previous framework. Basic knowledge of HTML. Duties and Responsibilities

Intake, organize, build, and execute Fresh Thyme's Email Marketing campaigns. Organize, schedule, and maintain cross-functional intake requests for Email support. Own and organized cross-functional Email workflows and processes. Own and maintain a detailed, up-to-date Email Marketing calendar, inclusive of performance results. Regularly monitor and report out on key KPIs such as Open Rates and Click-Thru Open Rates per Email. Own, execute and report out on Email A/B testing initiatives. Partner closely with additional owned and external media channels to ensure consistency across messaging, tone, creative and audience. Work alongside Loyalty Marketing team to understand customer segmentation and needs pertaining to Loyalty activation and reactivation Email campaigns. Responsible for Quality Assurance of all Email campaigns to ensure accuracy of editorial, product, and pricing content, correct URLS are utilized, and necessary approvals have been obtained. Required Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in Email Marketing. Proven experience with organizing and operationalizing Email content; inclusive of storytelling and sales messaging. Strong Knowledge of ESP platforms (Adobe Campaign Standard a plus) Experience utilizing CRM data to create highly targeted lists (SQL Experience a plus) Experienced in the incorporation of Email campaigns into larger Marketing campaigns and programs such as Social Media, eCommerce, Display, etc. Understanding of best practices and laws affecting email (CANSPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.) Proven experience in Email Marketing best practices.
